1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sports Alarm mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sports Alarm provides a push notification service for real-time sports scores and event alerts (e.g., Game Start, Halftime, Final Score). The App connects to third-party data sources and uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver alerts to your mobile device.

3. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Sources

Game schedules, scores, and statuses provided by Sports Alarm are retrieved from third-party APIs. While we strive to provide accurate data:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any game data.
Game times are subject to change by the leagues and broadcasters. We are not responsible for delays or schedule shifts caused by third parties.
Sports Alarm is not liable for any financial or other losses resulting from reliance on the data provided through the App.

4. Notifications & Battery Optimization

The core function of the App relies on push notifications. You acknowledge that:

Successful delivery of notifications depends on your device's connectivity and power settings.
Android and iOS battery optimization features may silently kill background processes or block notifications.
We recommend setting the App to have "Unrestricted" or "No Limitations" in your battery settings to ensure alarms are delivered on time.

Sports Alarm is not liable for missed notifications caused by device manufacturers, carrier filtering, or user-configured battery restrictions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the App or our backend servers.
Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks connected to the App (including spamming our alarm APIs).

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all original code, design, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of Sports Alarm and its licensors. Sports Alarm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
